Methods of Induction

Anomaly Actors has two methods of induction, those being Intake Forms and Hand Picking.

Intake forms are our primary method of induction, and are hosted multiple times a year. When we plan to host Intake Forms is classified, and there will be plenty of notice within the Pathos Discord Server when the forms are open for entry. You will need to have good knowledge of our SCPs and their behaviours in order to stand a chance when answering an Intake Form, and you only get one attempt in each Intake Cycle.  We also have strict requirements that you must meet before you are permitted to enter an Intake Form which will be listed below.

Hand Picks are the second method of Induction within Anomaly Actors. These are much rarer, and the chance of someone being hand picked is ~1 in every 15,000 people per cycle. Personnel who are hand picked are selected for a multitude of reasons, such as vast group experience, excellent activity, high productivity, and more. Hand Picks are conducted in batches, and the final list of candidates is created by Anomaly Actors Central Command, before being sent to ISS for thorough vetting prior to induction. Sending Anomaly Actors Command Members portfolios, or reasons why you should be hand picked, is a quick way to ensure you are not ever considered for a Hand Pick, as well as reducing your chances of passing the Intake Form vetting procedure.

Intake Form Status

 CLOSED

Intake forms are currently closed.

We will make a notice prior to opening them in the Main Communications Server

Requirements

Intake Forms, as mentioned previously, have a list of requirements that must all be met in order to be accepted into the Processing Stage. These requirements are the following:

SC2 or above for over 2 Months

Fluent in the English Language

Minimal or no Moderation/EC Record

Likely to pass ISS Vetting for SC5 Data Access

When applying using an Intake Form, it is important that you meet all of these requirements by the time the Intake Forms close! Although it can be frustrating to not meet the requirements in time, please do not send one regardless, it will be denied! All it is likely to do is waste the time of Anomaly Actors Command who are reviewing the Forms.
